We need to understand more about the vibration aspect. what is vibration or energy?
Is this the rhythmic motion of atoms that constitute a physical object?
Is this the intangible, invisible motion of waves that can be felt but not seen or touched?
Is this the dance of fundamental energy particle that pervades through all the objects around us and within us including every organ of our body?
If yes, then how to get into that vibration at will and stay there at will.
I guess the penance done by the great order of monks who walked the planet before us gives a clue. It takes us from the mere pain/pleasure vibration of atoms that we experience in our day to day life to the divine vibrations that is in RESONANCE with the vibration of atoms within the nature around us - the
vibration of trees, river, mother earth, birds, clouds, space, planets, stars. There is a sound that is silently produced by this holy vibration - the sakthi - dynamic motion of the holy force, the plenum - our great saints found that to be OM! May be by repeatedly chanting this sound we can cleanse our souls and transcend our earthly vibrations to holy vibrations - the nature's vibration - the vibration of particles in sun, moon, earth etc.
Mind moves from attached state to almost no mind state there by receiving this energy juice from holy mother, when you chant. Ego surrender is easy in this state. instead of analysis, argument and reasoning out, experiencing the bliss is better and quicker. It is like jumping into the rushing water fall and getting mesmerised and lost in its grace, power, purity and freshness. words only spoil the actuality of the experience. music could lead there also. it could be the reason for the myriads of poems written by these divine diviners. For the people in the ego circle (identification with the body and I), all the activities by the 'divine possessed' will appear crazy as the energy planes are entirely different.
It is like the indian guy who got lost amidst a greek wedding. the customs are different, language is different etc. Ego never surrenders - Ravana is the best example. he lost everything - his best soldiers, army, brothers, country, fame,
but could never accept his fault and surrender to truth. even after he was given a chance in battlefield to go back and come the next day "Indru poi nalai vaa".
Let us chant then.
